IF THEY STAY ATTACHED TO THE 'NAME' THEN THEIR WEB SITES STAY UP ON TOP OF THE LIST. ON THEIR OWN THEY WOULD SINK INTO OBLIVION. IT IS A GAME THAT PARASITES PLAY. MOST ARE USELESS NON-PRODUCTIVE SELF CENTERED WARPED MINDS WHO HATE ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY DOES ANYTHING WHERE THEY GET RECOGNITION IN THIS LIFE. THEY ARE GIANTS IN THEIR OWN PRIVATE CYBER WORLDS, AS THEY PLAY OUT THEIR OWN PRIVATE FANTASIES.

Here are those involved in the Conspiracy Group, who will be jointly and as individuals having to answer to conspiracy and Federal Racketeering charges among others presently being levied against them by my attorneys and the courts.

Two Horses, AKA Michael Tierri( hmm Italian?), AKA Michael Jordan
Mr. Two Horses was born in San Diego to Alberta Mariana Bertino and David Two Horses Jordan, and adopted at six months of age by Edward and Sadie Lou Tieri .
For the record I have never
met Two Horses, who made all those claims about being “ A REAL INDIAN” nor
has this individual ever, ever been to any event I ever held either by myself or
with anyone else. He has elected himself through his own Web postings to be the
protector of and the “Saviour of the Indian People” Promising to come
to the Ghost Dance held in Montana, where I was ceremonial leader, bringing AIM
and tribal warriors, to prevent the ceremony from taking place. However he never
showed up. Now is that how a good Italian Indian Warrior for the People
behaves?… Members of AIM did show up, and danced and sweated with us for the
seven days that the ceremony took place. He did contact the owners of the Ranch
where the Dance was held, as well the Sheriff’s Department to warn them about
me. The Sheriff and his entire Department did show up and spent almost every
night, and most of the days with us, in amazement of the peace and harmony that
existed at the gathering. We all stood together, leaders of the Lakota, the
Blackfoot, the Pawnee, the Ojibwa, the Hopi Sinom, and Apache nations, side by
side with Metis, and most important, the local Sheriff’s Department watching a
miracle occur.
As to what has happened to
Michael Tierri, AKA Two Horses, well, I went with a few grandmothers whom he
also intimidated and slandered, and spoke to the elders about him. It turns out
that nobody knew who he was; he is not enrolled with any Lakota tribe, and is
not affiliated with them, or any legitimate branch of AIM, but they were aware
of his deeds. The elders have their own way of dealing with these kinds of
individuals, and whatever happened… his web sites were taken down…he moved
suddenly from Flagstaff and we found him in Tucson…working as a janitor.
There was even a story he
spread around that tells of how our hero Two Horses, along with his sidekick,
some street warrior named Tegan, (I do not know if this name is real or not) who
runs a Birdtribes web site followed me in a quest of vigilante justice.
They tell of how as I was being run out of town after doing the Ghost Dance in
Montana, that they, along with the authorities, were in hot pursuit. They claim
to have followed me to New Orleans (It must have been a heck of a car chase)
where I was then busted by the authorities in New Orleans, for a $500 a day
heroin habit…all with their help of course. Truth of the matter is that after
the Ghost Dance, we who held the event stayed for four days and cleaned up the
ranch after the thousand or so people who attended. Then I drove to Idaho to
work on a cure for Chemtrails Sickness with a group of Doctors that I
work with there, and stayed there for several weeks. Now, if you care to read
the real story of what went on in Montana (See Choteau Montana News Paper
article about the Ghost Dance) A little example of hearsay vs what actually
happened.
By the way the Ghost Dance is
still being held, we have done this in South America, with the Mayan and
Inca’s, we even went to Canada, and now ,as well, there are smaller Ghost
Dances being held all over this country…so Spirit provides, our prayers have
been answered, and the false taboo has been broken. Mind you…. what I do is
the Dance of the Ghost Children, it is a Metis Ceremony, a new ceremony,
for we truly are the children caught between two worlds.

Nello Olivo
The Olivo’s did file charges
against me in Nevada, and I was brought before the judge there in Superior
Court. I was stopped for a minor traffic violation (No left tail light) in
Washington State and Olivo had a warrant sworn out for my arrest, so this is
normal procedure. All charges in Nevada were dismissed, and the Olivo’s were
warned to never again bring up the matter in any court California or Nevada and
try to manipulate the courts to satisfy their own personal agendas and
vendettas.
Fact of the matter between the
Olivo’s and myself was that I had procured more than one source that was
willing and able to fund the Olivo’s various truck stop projects, offering Mr.
Olivo funding amounting to more then $30 million dollars. The truck stops were
to be managed by the Greyhound Corporation, where I had personal friends.
Mr. Olivo refused the initial
funding offer saying the fees were too high and then came back asking the
lenders to fund a different project, the lenders withdrew the funding offer for
any project he might wish to have them fund, after discovering that his
documents and financial statements were falsified.
Along with these and some other
projects he was developing, it was also established in court that, in fact, I
never received a dime from the transactions, which took almost 10 months worth
of personal effort on my part. That Olivo received funds amounting to over
$200,000 was established but not yet challenged to my knowledge. That we were
business partners in these ventures is documented in corporate papers,
California Courts, and the Nevada Courts. I withdrew from the partnership, and
dissolved the corporation, asking only to be allowed to go my way, leaving the
Olivos with the ability to still negotiate with the lenders, which is also
documented in court papers. Mr. Olivo then tried to coerce the lenders into
funding him in a gold mine project outside of Carlin, Nevada, which, mainly
because of his falsified financial documents, they refused…
So, yes, I guess the Olivos had a lot to be concerned about. It is strange how what can be a blessing one moment can turn around and become a curse because of wrongful, and irresponsible actions. I can understand why they had to focus the blame on someone other than themselves for the failed business venture…but the fact of the matter is, a lot of innocent people who only wanted to help the Olivos were the ones who bore the brunt of the lash back from the Olivo’s actions taken in hopes of protecting themselves from their investors over this one.
Planetary Headquarters &The Planetary Prince (Ha Ha)
When Robert first contacted me
he was going by the name of Robert Westbrook. He told me he was a private
investigator and also operated some porno sites on various web servers. He had
left his previous residence in Tucson, Arizona because of a very bad personal
relationship and financial problems. He was quite open in telling me, as well as
those who had come with me, that he had an extensive history of Psychiatric
problems which he claims was all his ex-wife trying to have him committed as
insane because of a custody suit. He had abducted his son and was hiding him out
in his apartment in Colorado Springs and he did not want his name out there
because the police in Tucson, Arizona, at the time, he said, were probably
looking for him.
For the record, he never showed
up at the Colorado location until the day before myself and the crew that came
with me to witness and photograph the location left and we were there for some
five to six days, as I recall.
Westbrook claimed himself to
be Caligastia, the son of the fallen angel who was appointed by Lucifer to save
the chosen angels of the rebellion stuck here upon the Earth. Realizing the man
was mad, I never introduced him to the professional NASA and media people he
wanted me to as a result of our encounter. Obviously Mr. Westbrook or what ever
he calls himself now, became upset and angry that he did not get what he
wanted…He continues to live in the reality of his own mind, constantly being
followed by the men in black, and aliens…. And of course operating under the
alias of Robert Burgess, it would be less then convenient for anyone from Tucson
to locate him. Robert is very fond of taking cheap shots while hiding behind the
rocks, Smells like a Cyber Sniper to me..
Speaking of rocks he has no idea the actual meanings and heritage of the location, nor the import of what was truly discovered. Basically he hasn't got a clue, never had. I spent considerable time, with the findings along with other very credentialed individuals, and did find at least part of the riddle to the Mysterious formations in the Rockies, as well their feasible connections to several other locations in North America…Perhaps these will be allowed to come to the forefront when the opportunity arises… Regarding 'The Colorado Expedition' We have been to the location three times, Bob's perception of reality exists within the matrix of ' Planetary Headquarters' where he remains sol divine entity and Planetary Prince. Let us all pray that it remains there for all our sakes.
It appears
that we have a very
confused individual here with some serious psychological imbalances basically
Bob suffers from an acute case of Paranoid Schizophrenia, complicated by
Dementia. By this irrational behavior as he is obviously a compulsive
obsessive, one might think there were drugs involved in Caligastia's circle. One who seems to love to spend his life thrashing people who
achieve any kind of public notoriety for their work. Bob besides being
distasteful
and boorish in his postings, is also very ignorant of the actual facts, and will
accept any claim that is sent to him if it supports his cause, even if a drunk in a bar writes it
on a brown paper bag. Bob, is sort of a Jerry Springer wannabe of the UFO
Conspiracy Web Network. Besides myself as his
favorite, target Bob, has slandered many quite credible individuals all
of which is based upon hearsay, rumor, and without any basis of proven facts
whatsoever.

Judi Pope Koteen,
AKA Judi Pope, AKA Judi Zion, AKA Judi York
Transcriber and Editor of
Ramtha’s works Last Waltz, Financial Freedom and
Judi and I lived together on
and off for some four years. We had differences of opinions but were joined at
least originally due to our mutual ties to Ramtha and spiritual work. Judi, I
was to find out, transcribed tapes of the Ramtha material and had the works
published in book format, but had never actually attended the Ramtha events on a
regular basis until she was with me for two years. I suggested it might be a
wise thing to experience what you are putting out as your life’s work… Judi
and I were never married nor could we be as Judi was herself married to another
individual which she claimed was simply a business arrangement in order to keep
him in the country. That individual has since died of aids.
Judi and I had an unhealthy
relationship; this was no secret. And she was often violent, eventually
resulting in my own daughter having to leave my home which we shared on Orcas
Island. I might also add that I did not live in the house we shared, choosing
rather to live in the shelter of my motor home during the last year of our
agreed business relationship. It was in 1996 that Judi ran off in a very
dramatic display with one of my students. I had been holding workshops on the
island for many years and the people who attended came from all over the world.
Judi had her affair with her Prince of Denmark, who claimed to be the head of
the World Trade Center in Denmark and ran off to Santa Fe, and other points out
west, using up her credit cards supporting the adventure, contrary to her
internet statements.
However, her new found
fairytale prince was not what he claimed to be, as his wife, as well sister and
other members of his family called me while I was packing to leave Orcas,
looking for this individual. They informed me that he had abandoned his very
pregnant wife and small child, and was in fact an unemployed used car salesman.
A few months later when he left Judi on Orcas, without a word, she had to deal
with the reality of her actions and the tragic results. It is quite obvious she
had a bad time of it, and has never recovered. Later, a mutual friend told me
that she also would go to Europe to meet with him there, but the meeting never
materialized, so it is understandable that Judi was devastated and distraught.
This is a shame as she once had a promising career, and could have been a
plausible editor if not perhaps and author of original works.
Judi, as the records will show,
never paid for any bail, or attorney fees regarding my legal problems in the
early 90s as they were all paid for by friends in Minnesota, an Ojibwa Medicine
man and his lady. They sent funds which Judi brought to the bondsman and
attorney, which, I might add, is all documented. And as for my leaving her
penniless? Well, it is documented that I left her with two cars which I
purchased, a Holiday Rambler trailer, $7,000 in cash receipts, and as well I
fought for and recovered the three Ramtha books which she transcribed and edited
from a previous publisher who had not paid her in five years. I believe all her
books are now out of print… As well, it can be easily proven that I in fact
supported her and her daughters for years while she was unemployed and
couldn’t write or work due to all the pressures of life. You see, I paid the
bills while we were together, and the bank records attest to this as being a
hard reality.
Judi, you are a great person
with a lot of talent that many would give anything to have…. Get back on track
and get a life of your own…Try writing…That is what writers do. Isn’t that
what you started out wanting to do in the beginning, Master? What an outstanding
effort it would be if you could put aside your past relationship inequities and
continue with your work as I have with my life…

How do you deal with people like this?
I met Julie only once at a gathering that was held by Lori and Lenard Toye in Forks, Washington; I think it was back in 1994. I was asked to participate by the Toyes and a group that they had gathered; consequently, both the Toyes as well as myself appeared on several local television shows including Good Morning Arizona. Presently, Julie has a ruling against by the Arizona Courts for being in contempt of the court rulings in a case of libel, slander and theft of intellectual material from the Toyes. I do not know if a warrant has been issued. Last heard of, Julie who is use to living on the lamb was last hears of somewhere in the Oakland, California area as of the date of this posting.
Julianne has a nasty habit of when she can't find anything of substance, well no problem, she simply conjures something up. In her Statements about me, made the mistake of lying again about not only the Toyes but also about another friend of mine, Sherry Takala, who would not sit for her lies.. Seems Sherry knew Julianne when she was traveling the bars, and living out her 'alien abduction experiences' in Asotin, Washington. Trying to find refuge in the drug infested UFO Conspiracy Community ( come on now, everyone hides there They do not have to have responsibility, they were abducted and altered...duh) So Julianne worked not only the streets to get by and get drugs, but here is where she got into the UFO Conspiracy Community ( Maybe they're all Montauk kids) and did some freelance work for 'Guess Who..' that's right _ Ted Gunderson... Are we beginning to see a picture emerge here yet? You might have been the recipient of one of the myriad series of defamatory E-mails Julie has posted regularly to lists on the Internet, Dr. Richard Boylan, Drunvalo Melkisedek, were on the list as well as many others many others, including Art Bell; you see the list came from Ted Gunderson,
Don Allen …….a wannabe “G” man
This most unhappy individual is
probably one to be pitied. It seems he has a history of Psychiatric treatment
for depression, substance abuse, and psychotic domestic activates. He has had to
leave Florida, having a long documented relationship with the legal forces there
for spouse abuse and questionable means of income.
Oh yes, in actuality, it was he
who threatened the Toyes in an incident that occurred about asking them to take
actions against me, and he was, by the way, refused any interviews at anytime
with them. He has lied with consistency about the instances which never occurred
between myself and the Toyes, and further encouraged Ms. Julie Presson
Rice/Hathaway to use her connections while working under the employ of the Toyes,
to find out anything she could about the Toye’s activities.
Oh yes, the documents he
published up on the internet, about me and the Toyes and our famous rift….they
were mostly created documents, and as for the rest, well some were alledgedly
stolen from original documents from the Toyes’ office while Julie was under
their employ. This matter is now before the Arizona Court in the case brought
against Julianne Presson by the Toyes.
Perhaps this also explains how,
and why Julie got access to the map material that she allegedly stole and later
posted upon the internet as being her own. She and her then husband(?) Clark
Hathaway, both were employed by the Toyes, although the maps are slightly
altered from the originals that Lori Toye created, they are too close for
comfort. Clark? Well, I never met him, although he claims he and I met. All I
know about Clark Hathaway is that his parents were former FBI, and good friends
with Ted Gunderson, and Robert A. M. Stevens….Oh the threads we weave….
Now here is an interesting
fellow. The paid goon of Joe Firmage, (the wonder boy who some of you might
remember who suddenly appeared on the scene as the all knowing Guru, of UFO
phenomenon… Handing out very large donations to people in prominent positions
in the metaphysical world, as well as those who were part of the Best of Art
Bell.) Well, I received a copy of a list of people that Robert A. M. Stevens
was committed to the defaming and destruction of their professional careers from
Robert’s own Web master. ( Link to web master letter) His webmaster passed
this information along after he himself had decided to quit and break all ties
to R.A.M. Stevens due to his unethical practices, and physiological imbalances,
and weird and pathological plots against these people. Guess What? My name was
on the list… and you’ll never guess who Stevens is also connected with it
appears…no other than:
Remember the ex FBI agent, Captain
America, who made it his personal crusade to get Art Bell off the air and
discredit him? One of the mistakes Ted made was that he talked to me and
gave me his business card in Vegas when he tried to recruit me for his
cause…Art’s attorneys loved that blunder, which is why I was asked to be a
material witness for Art in the case against Mr. Gunderson in Tennessee.. (

(Art Bell)
and his tactics are bullyish and everything less then All-American. Ted
Gunderson should realize that
people who live in glass
houses should not through stones, there is a lot out there about the true
nature of his own
questionable exploits. Now, that he
and Joe Firmage belong to the same mind control group… I do find
interesting….
In Conclusion
OK so here
are some of the Group members being brought out into the open and their cards
have been laid on the table. What Else can we say at this point? Did they only
lie about a portion of the things they claim I have done? Which one was actually
lying and which one will claim they were given erroneous information? I think
you get the general Idea of what is really going on… It is amazing that all of
these people would conspire together to get one little Metis Shaman…doing his
ceremonies out in the wilderness…It makes little sense to me, does it make
sense to you?
People, this is a pretty
lame group of individuals, identified here, and there are more involved in their
little circle. They have never been able to bring fact through the fiction about
those who they slam, and defame. When you weigh out the body of works, the
credentials, and the good deeds accomplished by the people they are thrashing,
you will find people who have actually accomplished a considerable amount for
humanity and this is who they run their head hunting campaigns against. And if
we take a look at the Groups’ contributions to society and lack of
credentials…it is self-evident that they, by their own hand, are guilty of a
pathetic misuse of our constitutional rights to the Freedom of Speech, and were
by their own hand in league together in a joint coerced mission of destruction.
Regarding Joe Firmage? Well,
Joe, I remember you from Los Gatos California, I played the music while you were
driving your hot little red corvette. I will keep those stories close to the
chest for now. Myself and others are watching and tracking your moves, and as
well tracking your activities with a number of New
World Order associated corporations…I am not saying that Joe is a criminal,
or that he has committed a crime, according to the letter of the law….but
it’s my opinion that Joe Firmage is not what he represents himself as being to
the public... Even with having money, and corporate backing he cannot hide the
truth forever…

Regarding justice, What I can say? As time will tell, “The truth is being
revealed…” Whatever we were yesterday, even these members of “The
Group”..Well, we have the right to begin again…and start living in the
Light……and acting like we do.
I am one person doing what I
am doing; I am not a rich man, I have no large organizations funding my
efforts….Ever thing I have ever accomplished has been self-generated. After
you read these pages, and see the other side of the story, if you care to help
me with this fight for justice you may and I could use the help. You can help by

up at my attorney’s office in Los Angeles for this purpose, and your identity

below. I have found that justice is slow in coming, and expensive to procure.
Again, it must be taken into consideration that this is the condition of the
society we live in and not a fault of those who administer their talents through
the legal system. I believe we are gifted to live in a country where we can
litigate issues in our courts, rather then resort to, or become victims of
violent actions on our streets. Money, or the lack of money is the only thing
that slows the legal process.
