There area lot of you who seem to be searching the web to find out who I am, and what I am about. Especially those of you who thrive on the gossip sites, looking for 'Dirty Laundry.'

What about these negative stories people are posting about Ghost Wolf. Well let us not forget that any one, can post anything they desire up on the net, even from a pay phone in a public toilet. Do don't be to easy to believe what you read. Secondly, know your sources, and know them well. Is it fair an unbalanced, or is what you are reading posted to follow the spin of a particular agenda. Cyber Snipers and internet Terrorism is everywhere.

Therefore in light of your ever expanding consciousness I figured that why no let them hear hear the story from the source. This therefore is the Other Side of the story about Robert Ghost Wolf, his side of the story. Since late 1997 there has existed a small group of individuals that has been spreading around a contrived and manipulated story about my life on the internet. The members are addressed here as “the Group”.

Many of you have written and asked how I could allow this to go on. Why was I not responding to the gossip and wild malicious accusations “the Group” was spreading around? Well, it may be hard for you to understand my personal reasons why, but please remember that I have worked intimately for some 25 years now with indigenous elders. I myself am a Metis, and a Shaman, and there is a protocol and expected codes of conduct to be adhered to for one in that position.

As an initiate of the ancient knowledge, I am bound to that code. I attack no one, but defend all against oppression and corruption. I honor all beings created by my Mother–Father God. I do not dishonor or devastate anyone’s life or bring harm to their family with rumor or gossip; that is not an act of courage, it is the act of cowards. All my life I have stood my own ground for that which I believe Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically whenever necessary. I have always met people straight-ahead, eye-to-eye, one-on-one, out in the open. I am not a shadow boxer, nd I am not a cyber sniper; and perhaps this is to my detriment, when dealing with a world in which so many who are.

I have never run from a fight, nor have I ever turned on any living being because the odds were against us. Even in defeat, I have never spoken badly against those that committed transgressions against me. Rather I walked away and rebuilt my life, and grew from the experience. Often as I do now, I stand alone: I Am Otipemsiwak, one who owns himself. I have never let the fact that I had not enough money stop me from attaining my goals, and despite violent opposition as will be evidenced on these pages, I continue to walk my talk, and be exactly who I am: Robert Ghost Wolf, author, artist, archeologist, theologian, and a Shaman of the Metis People, as well I am an ordained Christian Minister, and now holder two PhD's. ( which took me seven years to earn, and I did not get any grants.).

If you are curious about me, then take the time to read these pages, for they are my words and my story. There is more that will be presented after I take on those who have thrown around their wild and found less accusations when they are brought to justice in a court of law. For now I can present to you these facts, that you might have the opportunity to hear my side of the story and decide for yourself what kind of human being I am.

I am a self-made and self-educated man and I have never abused my power as a Shaman, or taken advantage of the weak and helpless in this world, or used my Ordination into the Christian Ministries to manipulate people. Thus I am loved, and wherever I go people gather to hear my words and seek my counsel and offer me their trust and hands in friendship. Wherever I go and perform my work, whether in a urban arena or at a wilderness gathering or in the jungles of South America, there are always women and children about, and that is something to be acknowledged. Women and children only come when they feel safe. That I am human, and have had life experiences and relationships and as well some business dealings where the outcome was less then desirable to both sides…Who in this life can help that? The only way not to have that occur in one’s life is to hide from life and avoid it by living in a cave.

What I present to you here is not a thrashing of my adversaries, nor do I seek vengeance in any way. It is presented only that my story be heard, because until now I have not spoken. It is time to end the silence…

My Hopi elders taught me “You must not respond with anger, nor strike out at those who would attack you for what you do or the message you deliver, even if they throw stones…just move on.” I have tried to live that teaching. At the end of my Dance upon this Earth I will only answer to my own soul and my Creator; I will sing my songs to the four directions and thank the Mother and the Father for my life, the victories as well as the defeats, for the experience of living was a gift, and I have been enriched, knowing my soul will continue and remember the lessons I have learned here, as I move on …

The veils have been lifted and it is time to break my silence, and take rightful action. I am confronting and dealing with something that I consider to be the most heinous type of injustice that can be committed against another human being in a civilized society: Libel Slander, and Defamation…The act of willfully conspiring together in secrecy with the intent to destroy another human being and their means of survival, even to the extent of destroying their families. This is perhaps one of the oldest sins of our civilized society, and precisely the kind of insidious immorality that led me so many years ago to turn my back and walk off into the wilderness…to seek to become the Shaman, and find something different…something better than what I left behind.
